The Los Angeles Lakers’ schedule will get more difficult

During the Los Angeles Lakers’ last 10 games, if we’re being honest, they’ve had a pretty favorable schedule. Let’s not get it twisted, the Lakers have three quality wins during this stretch. They beat the Brooklyn Nets, Portland Trail Blazers, and Milwaukee Bucks. Those are all good wins.

At the same rate, they also had some soft games. For example, the Lakers beat the San Antonio Spurs three times and the Detroit Pistons once during this stretch. That’s four wins automatically against two of the worst teams in the league.

Their other win during this stretch was over the inconsistent Washington Wizards.

And it will start to get more difficult now. The next six games for the Lakers won’t be easy. They have a four-game road trip coming up that features the Cleveland Cavaliers, Toronto Raptors, a likely healthy Philadelphia 76ers, and Washington Wizards.
