Zion Williamson’s Impact

Last year, the New Orleans Pelicans were without Zion Williamson for the entire season. However, the Pelicans played well, making it to the first round of the playoffs, but ended up losing to the Phoenix Suns.

The Pels looked like the real deal last year, but they may be the best team in the NBA this season.

The return of Zion Williamson has put the rest of the league on notice. Williamson has regained the hype he had a couple of years ago, and fans are jumping back on the bandwagon.

Williamson’s impact is exponential, and no other player in the league offers the amount of improvement on the floor and increased fandom that Williamson brings.

The Pelicans are the number-one team in the Western Conference. They have taken any expectations and elevated them exponentially, with Williamson taking over at an MVP level. Just a few weeks ago, the Pelicans arena looked bare, but with the blockbuster performances Williamson has been having, the fan’s support increases drastically every game.
