12. Utah Jazz

Even though the Utah Jazz have fallen off their early-season win pace, they continue to be one of the bigger surprises in the Western Conference. That said, I still believe this team needs to make some moves at the NBA Trade Deadline.

If they want to follow through with a rebuild, they’re going to have to trade some of their veteran pieces. The Jazz has a competitive roster but they’re far from a contender at the moment.

11. Sacramento Kings

The Sacramento Kings have quietly become a top 5 team in the Western Conference this season. De’Aaron Fox continues to prove that he can be a franchise player and the team’s supporting cast has improved from last season – Kevin Huerter may end up being one of the most underrated moves from the offseason.
