30. Detroit Pistons

Now that Cade Cunningham is officially out for the season, the tank is officially on for the Detroit Pistons. The rest of the season is now squarely focused on continuing to develop Jaden Ivey and the rest of this young roster.

If the Pistons are lucky enough to add a Scoot Henderson or Victor Wembanyama, this is a team that will have the potential to be a major problem down the line in the Eastern Conference.

29. Charlotte Hornets

The Charlotte Hornets, at this point, are probably a team that should empty the clip at the NBA Trade Deadline. They have bottomed out and should probably trade every veteran player with trade value not named LaMelo Ball.

Will they actually do that? It seems unlikely. But they’re certainly a team to watch over the next few weeks.
