24. Washington Wizards

The Washington Wizards’ downward spiral continues and the team now finds itself ranked 12th in the Eastern Conference standings. It’s becoming clear that the team needs to either retool the roster or hit the reset button.

If so, that could finally mean the team may be ready to move Bradley Beal.

23. Chicago Bulls

It seems that nearly every other team in the league is trying to hope the Chicago Bulls into being a seller at the NBA Trade Deadline. While that could very well end up being the case, the Bulls may end up waiting out the Lonzo Ball situation with the core pieces of this build.

It may not be the smartest choice, especially now that the Bulls are 11th in the East standings, but I feel like it’s the most likely scenario for the remainder of the season for Chicago.
