7. New Orleans Pelicans (via LAL)

The New Orleans Pelicans have been one of the most impressive teams in the Western Conference this season. They have been the surprise team of the year so far and appear to have a high ceiling. And they’re just getting started.

One potential fit for this team at this point in the NBA Draft is Jarace Walker. Especially if they are looking for some depth in the frontcourt. Walker is averaging 10 points and six rebounds on 40 percent shooting from 3-point range for the Houston Cougars so far this season.

The Pelicans drafting Walker would be a great way to offer some insurance to Zion Williamson in the frontcourt. Walker and Zion are not the same players by any means, but the former is a player that could develop into a nice backup (if not something more) behind Zion.
