Anthony Edwards, Minnesota Timberwolves

While the Minnesota Timberwolves have had an underwhelming start to the season, the former first-overall pick has improved again. Anthony Edwards‘ jump shooting has really improved and it will continue to open boatloads of opportunities for his game.

Edwards is averaging 23.1 points, six rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.8 steals per game. He is tied for third in the league in steals per contest. Edwards has improved his three-point percentage up to 37% in seven attempts per game. He has been great on both ends for Minnesota and has been their best player all season.

Like Haliburton, Anthony Edwards has put up a great case for the All-Star game. He is not a lock like Haliburton or Alexander but falls more into the category of Lauri Markkanen. It will be interesting to see if Edwards gets the call for his first All-Star appearance.
