Chicago Bulls

At 16-21, it’s safe to say that the Chicago Bulls aren’t the team that many hoped they would be this season. A team led by DeMar DeRozan and Zach LaVine can’t be 11th in the Eastern Conference standings. That simply can’t happen. The injury to Lonzo Ball is unfortunate but that aside, this team has truly struggled this season.

The Bulls have played slightly better as of late, winners of five of their last eight, but I don’t think anyone is clamoring that this is a team that has figured things out. There’s still very much a case to be made that this team needs to make a big move at the deadline.

Chicago may be the most interesting team of this group as they arguably have the most tradable players on the roster. DeRozan and LaVine would be two of the most sought-after players if placed on the trade block.

The Bulls can keep fooling themselves if they want but this is a team that desperately needs some work at the deadline. The question is, will they actually do something?
