The Toronto Raptors are another team that has underwhelmed this season. And sure, the injuries haven’t helped but it’s hard to see this team turning around what may end up being somewhat of a lost year. The team hasn’t really taken a step back per se, but the Raptors are getting to the point where they may need to retool the roster in an attempt to get back on track.
Aside from the Bulls, the Raptors are another team that has plenty of pieces to do so. It’s unlikely that the team would trade Scottie Barnes or Pascal Siakam, though there are several other pieces that could be appealing to other contenders.

I don’t know if the Raptors are a sure bet to make a move at the NBA Trade Deadline but it seems like the perfect storm could be developing for one in a few weeks.
