10. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls are another team that have, for the most part, been quite disappointing this season. And because of that, they have some big questions to answer heading into the NBA Trade Deadline. In fairness, the Bulls have played much better as of late. But this is a team that still has some uncertainty regarding their immediate future.

There have been some whispers that they could be all-out sellers at the NBA Trade Deadline but I’m not quite sure that will end up being the case. Instead, I believe that the Bulls could make a smaller-type move and prepare themselves for the stretch run.

Even though the Bulls should probably be sellers at the deadline, I don’t think this front office will want to do that. They will sneak their way into the Play-In Tournament but this will, once again, end up being a disappointing season for the Bulls.
