6. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat has slowly evolved into Bam Adebayo’s team. It’s actually quite impressive to watch unfold. For as good as Jimmy Butler is and how dangerous he can be in the postseason, this team will go as far as Bam can take them. He’s a dominant force on both sides of the court and is in the midst of the best season of his career to date.

The Heat has also played a bit better as of late and is showing some signs of turning the corner. However, their health is still a major concern. And their lack of a true bench punch is not going to bode well for the team in the long run.

And in order to be a legit threat, Miami probably needs to make another move at the NBA Trade Deadline. But that’s not a given considering that the Heat likely won’t want to part ways with the assets that it will need to get a deal done.

Still, this team has enough talent to win the sixth seed and avoid the Play-In Tournament.
