Indiana Pacers
Trade target: John Collins, Atlanta Hawks
The Indiana Pacers have been one of the better stories in the Eastern Conference. They entered the season as a team that many thought would be mediocre and likely be sellers at the NBA Trade Deadline. Just past the midway point of the season, the Pacers are just two games out of the sixth seed.
There is reason to believe that this team won’t jump at the opportunity to sell at the trade deadline and one potential trade target is John Collins, who the Hawks will likely be looking to move over the course of the next few weeks.
I’m not sure if any deal involves Myles Turner, but Collins is young enough to grow alongside Tyrese Haliburton and Bennedict Mathurin. He would also add some intriguing to a blossoming dark horse in the East down the stretch.
