Philadelphia 76ers
Trade target: Kelly Olynyk, Utah Jazz
The Philadelphia 76ers have done well to stay afloat in the Eastern Conference despite the injury struggles that they’ve faced this season. And as they’ve gotten healthier, they are beginning to look like that championship contender that many predicted them to be this season.
Though, heading into the trade deadline, this is a team that could use some depth in the frontcourt. A two-way big would be ideal, especially considering P.J. Tucker’s age, but Kelly Olynyk is a feasible target that would be a solid addition to the team heading into the playoffs.
Olynyk is a big that could play opposite Joel Embiid and has experience playing some small-ball five. He isn’t great on the defensive end but his shooting is something that will keep defenses honest on that end of the floor.
