NBA Trade Rumors: One realistic trade target for every team heading into the deadline

Trade target: Kyle Lowry, Miami Heat 

Under the assumption that the Dallas Mavericks are not going to trade Christian Wood and sign him to an extension, this is a team that should be looking for an additional playmaker heading into the NBA Trade Deadline. One potential option that could present itself is a move for Kyle Lowry.

The Lowry experiment hasn’t worked in Miami. And because of that, the Heat should be exploring some trade options for Lowry heading into the deadline. If they are, the Mavs should be at least somewhat interested. This is under the belief that they still believe Lowry has something left in the tank.

His value is often not able to be measured by the box scores. And that has very much been the case during his time with the Heat. While he may not be a perfect fit in Miami, that doesn’t mean that he won’t work on a team like the Mavs.
