NBA Trade Rumors: 5 teams that must be ultra-aggressive at the deadline

Over the past month or so, the Phoenix Suns have been a mess. Most of that has been due to injury but you can’t look at how far the Suns have fallen in the Western Conferene standings and not be somewhat concerned about the team’s chances not only during the second half of the season but also in the postseason (if they can even get there).

But there are many factors (at least to me) that prove to me that this is a team that should be aggressive at the NBA Trade Deadline. For one, this core with Chris Paul may only have one more run in them. And because of that, there should be extra urgency surrounding this team this season.

Heading into the deadline, the Suns are a team that should be doing whatever it takes to improve their roster. When this team is healthy, the Suns are a legit contender in the West. If they can get healthy and add a piece at the deadline, Phoenix is certainly a team that could make a run in the playoffs.
