Coby White is another interesting NBA Trade Deadline candidate to keep an eye on. He’s likely going to be moved but there hasn’t been much traction surrounding his name in recent weeks. But White is an interesting young player that may just need a fresh start to reignite his career.

When he first broke into the league, White was productive for the Bulls. In fact, during his second season in Chicago, White averaged 15 points, five assists, and four rebounds per game on 36 percent shooting from 3-point range. Since then, his production has tapered off but some of that could be due to a reduction in role.

I’m not saying that White should be a starter or garnering big minutes but he at least deserves the chance to prove that he’s still a productive player. And with Chicago pivoting to a win-now rotation, White has fallen off a bit.

If White can find himself in the right situation again, there’s no question he can begin to revive his career.
