NBA Trade Rumors: 10 players most likely to be moved by the deadline

5. Fred VanVleet, Toronto Raptors
Similar to Pascal Siakam, Fred VanVleet has played his whole career in Toronto and has turned into one of the best developmental success stories in franchise history. Unlike Siakam though, VanVleet is set to be a free agent this offseason.
With the possibility of losing VanVleet in the offseason for nothing, Masai Ujiri may look to deal the soon-to-be 29-year-old before the deadline. In fact, the Orlando Magic are expected to throw a lot of money in VanVleet’s direction this off-season according to ESPN’s Tim Bontempts who went on The Hoop Collective Podcast and said:
"“The VanVleet thing, I think you’re going to have to play pretty close to max if this Orlando smoke is real.”"
The Los Angeles Clippers, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the Phoenix Suns have been rumored as possible suitors for a VanVleet deal.
