NBA Trade Rumors: 10 players most likely to be moved by the deadline
By Kyle McKee
6. Alex Caruso, Chicago Bulls
Alex Caruso, like OG Anunoby, is a player that would fit right in on any contending team and provide immediate help. However, based on the Bulls’ high asking price the lockdown defender, it could prove to be difficult for a trade to come to fruition.
The Bulls want two first-round picks for Caruso, according to Jake Fisher on a recent episode of the Please Don’t Aggregate This podcast with Marc Stein.
As great of a defender Caruso is and how well he can fit right into any team’s system, two first-round picks seems like a steep price for a player who averages 5.7 points per game.
Caruso also addressed the trade rumors after the Bulls Thursday morning shoot-around by saying “I fully expect to be here.”
If Caruso were to be moved however, the Golden State Warriors, the New York Knicks, and the Phoenix Suns have all been linked to a possible suitor in a Caruso deal.
