11. Bones Hyland, Denver Nuggets

About a week ago, it was somewhat of a surprise when he was reported that the Denver Nuggets were going to explore the trade market for Bones Hyland ahead of the NBA trade deadline. However, now it seems more like a foregone conclusion that he’s going to be moved in the next few days.

Because of that, I believe that there will be a healthy market for Hyland. So much so that I do believe that the Nuggets are going to get that future first-round pick that they’re reportedly asking for. There will be at least a few teams willing to take a flier on the offensive talented Hyland.

Hyland still has gaps in his game that he still needs to develop but there’s no question that he has the potential to be a really good player down the line. I think the New Orleans Pelicans are willing to take a flyer on Hyland, and willing to bet on his potential.

Prediction: He’s traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.
