20. Chicago Bulls

The Chicago Bulls were one of the few teams that stood pat at the NBA Trade Deadline. They didn’t emerge as a buyer or seller and appear perfectly happy with playing out this season with their current roster.

I’m not sure if this is good news but the Bulls may be the favorites to land Russell Westbrook if he finds his way to the buyout market. Maybe he injects some excitement heading into the push toward the playoffs.

19. Portland Trail Blazers

The Portland Trail Blazers took a flier on Cam Reddish at the NBA Trade Deadline. It’s worth a gamble for a team that needs to find a way to spark the team during the push toward the playoffs. If they can’t find some magic or momentum down the stretch, it could make for a difficult offseason.
