16. Miami Heat

The Miami Heat has some big issues that they need to figure out. After not making any upgrades last offseason or at this year’s NBA Trade Deadline, there is some clarity that is needed for the fan base. For instance, what is the plan for this team?

They’re not good enough to compete for a championship right now and have shown they don’t have the ability (or assets) to make the necessary moves to get them to a place where they can compete. So, what now?

15. Atlanta Hawks

Once again, the Atlanta Hawks didn’t trade John Collins. Who would’ve guessed? However, they did add Saddiq Bey at the trade deadline. Even though he’s not a star player, he’s certainly one that could help this team improve on both ends of the floor.

The Hawks could be a team that makes a run up the East standings over the last couple of months of the season.
