11. Washington Wizards – Rayan Rupert, F, New Zealand Breakers

The Washington Wizards haven’t had the best of luck when it comes to the NBA Draft recently and with another projected lottery pick, this team’s scouting department will be put to the test once again. One player that they could target is somewhat of a mystery man, Rayan Rupert out of the New Zealand Breakers.

Rupert is one of the more interesting prospects in this draft class and is one that could offer some intrigue for the Wizards long-term. He’s probably not a player that will offer immediate impact to the Wizards but could be a player that pays of dividends down the line.

Rupert is far from a finished product and would be somewhat of a polarizing selection but with how low the current ceiling is for the Wizards, this is the type of move that the team should be looking to make at the NBA Draft.
