12. Utah Jazz – Gradey Dick, F, Duke
The Utah Jazz is in a completely different place heading into this year’s NBA Draft than they were last season. Last year, they were tasked with trying to continue to build around Donovan Mitchell and Rudy Gobert. Now, they’re trying to replace their former star players (who they both traded after last year’s NBA Draft).
One player that the Jazz could target late in the lottery is Kansas standout wing Gradey Dick. He’s averaging 15 points and five rebounds on 46 percent shooting from the field and 43 percent shooting from 3-point range. He’s been productive and at the very least will be a good shooter at the next level.
At least for me, Dick continues to be one of the more polarizing prospects. He is a good player and has the potential to be a productive player at the next level, but I don’t really know what his ceiling is at the moment. That’s why I could see Dick being taken in the top 10 while also falling out of the lottery completely.
