15. Atlanta Hawks – Brice Sensabaugh, F, Ohio State
The Atlanta Hawks are another team that could be in for an interesting offseason. Even more so if they fail to make the playoffs in the Eastern Conference. But that’s another story for another day. With a pick outside the lottery, the Hawks could take a flier on a player like Brice Sensabaugh.
Sensabaugh may be the best shooter in this draft and would be able to fill a void that has hurt the Hawks this season. He’s averaging 16 points on 43 percent shooting from 3-point range during his freshman season at Ohio State.
16. Utah Jazz (via Minnesota) – Taylor Hendricks, F, UCF
Taylor Hendricks is probably a player that not everyone has heard of just yet. But he’s a player that, if he continues his momentum toward the end of the season, will rise up draft boards. Whether or not he ends up declaring remains to be seen, but he could absolutely be a mid-first-round pick.
Hendricks is averaging 15 points and seven rebounds on 48 percent shooting from the field and 40 percent shooting from 3-point range.
