1. Houston Rockets – Victor Wembanyama, C, Metropolitans 92

Even though it’s a bit surprising that the Houston Rockets once again find themselves in a position where they could land the No. 1 overall pick, the good news is that they could be awarded the No. 1 overall pick in the 2023 NBA Draft. And that means they’ll have the opportunity to land the generational of all generational prospects in Voctor Wembanyama.

There is a belief that Victor may be the best NBA Draft prospect ever. Not in the last five years, not in the last 10, not in the last 20. We’re talking about the best possible draft prospect ever. That’s pretty crazy when you consider the great players that have come into the league recently. That means better than Zion Williamson (who had great hype coming out of high school and college), Kevin Durant, and even LeBron James.

That doesn’t mean Victor will be better than all of those players, but it just echoes just how talented and special he has the potential to be.
