27. Utah Jazz (via Philadelphia) – Terquavion Smith, G, NC State

Equipped with another first-round pick, the Utah Jazz will add another layer that could hopefully pay dividends for the team’s rebuild down the line. In this spot, it gets a bit tricky. But Terquavion Smith could be a fit for a team that is looking for talent and upsdie at this point in the draft.

Terquavion Smith is averaging 18 points and five assists per game this season at NC State. His offensive efficiency numbersare something t be concerned about but if he can hone that aspect of his game, he has the potential to be a player.

28. Charlotte Hornets (via Denver) – DaRon Holmes, F, Dayton

Still in search for that elusive full-time big man, it would not be surprising at all if the Charlotte Hornets took another shot at a big in the NBA Draft. One option could be DaRon Holmes, who has made quite the stride from his freshman to sophomore season at Dayton.

This season, he’s averaging 18 points, eight rebounds, and two blocks per game on 59 percent shooting from the field. He’s even begun to show glimpses of stretching his range to the 3-point line.
