29. LA Clippers (via Milwaukee) – Julian Phillips, F, Tennessee

This is essentially a bonus asset for the LA Clippers that are in title hunt at the moment. Adding a late first-round pick would give this team another player that they could roll the dice on. One potential fit is Julian Phillips out of Tennessee.

Phillips is only averaging nine points and five rebounds per game but he has the talent and measurables that suggest he should be a first-round pick in this year’s draft class.

30. Indiana Pacers (via Boston) – Dereck Lively, C, Duke

I’m not really sure how Duke continues to churn out all these legit 7-footers but there’s at leat an outside chance that twe could see two of them be taken late in the first round of this year’s NBA Draft.

The Pacers could take a flier on one of them with the final pick in the first round, Dereck Lively, specifically, is averaging just five points, five rebounds, and two blocks per game but he’s also doing that in only 17 minutes per game so far this season.
