9. Jett Howard, Michigan
The Michigan Wolverines have been somewhat of a disappointment this season. But they have some real intriguing prospects on their roster and it all begins with Jett Howard, the son of Juwan. Jett is averaging 14 points on 37 percent shooting from 3-point range. He’s another big guard in this year’s draft class and has the chance to be a lottery pick.
But he’ll have to play his way into that draft position. And if he wants to have the platform to prove that he’s worthy of a lottery selection, he’ll also have to do what he can to help the Wolverines qualify for the NCAA Tournament. Right now, they’re a team that is “on the bubble.”
Jett will need to be at his best if Michgan is going to extend its season. This is the moment where draft prospects usually make their hay. The question is, will Jett rise to the occasion and make this month one that could end up changing his life forever?
