Three reasons why St. Louis is secretly the second-best option for NBA expansion. 

The NBA is rumored to be expanding soon, something that is a few years overdue as the talent level has risen above what 30 teams should have. Naturally, along with these rumors, there also comes plenty of speculation about what cities will get a new team.

Clearly, the best choice is of course Seattle; that seems to be the one thing that all sports fans can agree on. The Supersonics were stolen from them, and they deserve a team more than any other city in North America.

What other city could the NBA expand to?

That leaves the second city. While there are plenty of great options to choose from such as Baltimore, Louisville, Mexico City, Las Vegas, Vancouver, and Tampa are all great choices, there is one other city that many are not talking about.

That city is St. Louis and we’ll take a look at three reasons why it is the second-best choice for the NBA to expand to (aside from Seattle).
