Best team fit: Indiana Pacers

I don’t think there’s anyone that doesn’t believe that the Indiana Pacers have a bright future. With Tyrese Haliburton, Bennedict Mathurin, and Myles Turner, this is a team that could potentially make a move up the Eastern Conference standings next season. And adding another top-10 pick could go a long way in that coming to fruition for the Pacers.

One prospect that would make a lot of sense for the Pacers is Jarace Walker, an athletic big out of Houston. Walker is a player that could give the Pacers some versatility that they don’t currently have on the roster for a player his size. He’s a highly-touted freshman that was a five-star recruit coming out of college too, so the high ceiling is there as well.

Walker is a player that could play in the frontcourt alongside Turner and could grow as a player at a pace in which he is comfortable. Depending on how Walker measures out during the pre-draft process, there’s even a chance he could be selected in the top 5. He’d be a great addition to a team like the Pacers.
