1. Brandon Miller – Alabama

Brandon Miller is the most must-watch prospect in the upcoming NCAA Tournament. While Miller is mired in controversy related to ties to a homicide involving one of his teammates, he hasn’t been forced to miss a game yet.

Miller recently won both the SEC Player of the Year and SEC Freshman of the Year awards after averaging 19.6 ppg and 8.3 RPG on an absurd 45.1% from the field and an even more ridiculous 40.1 percent from three.

There is not a shot on the floor he can’t hit. At 6-foot-9 with a high-release jump shot resembling Kevin Durant’s, he is truly unguardable at times and can drill jump shots with ease no matter how much you get into his grill.

He provides length and shot-blocking prowess on the defensive end averaging roughly a block and a steal per game as well. There is a reason that he is the most highly touted two-way player in the draft behind Victor Wembanyama and Scoot Henderson and seems to only be getting better with every game. The ongoing investigation could eventually plummet his stock depending on his former teammate’s trial, but as of right now, NBA front offices have to be salivating to get their hands on him.

Miller and the No. 1 overall seed Alabama Crimson Tide will play at 1:45 pm on Thursday, March 16 against the winner of Texas A&M Corpus-Christi and Southeast Missouri State.
