21. Brooklyn Nets (via Phoenix) – GG Jackson, F, South Carolina
Even after trading both Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, I think it’s safe to say that the Brooklyn Nets have been a bit better than expected. The Nets have managed to hold on to the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference and will likely be able to avoid the Play-In Tournament. However, this team still has some work to do during the offseason.
The Nets could look to add a talented prospect such as GG Jackson next to rising star Nic Claxton. Jackson would give the Nets a potential contributor at the power forward position and another young player to invest in.
22. Brooklyn Nets – Jalen Hood-Schifino, G, Indiana
With another first-round pick, the Nets could take a chance on a guard prospect such as Jalen Hood-Schifino. During his freshman season at Indiana, JHS averaged 13 points, four rebounds, and four assists on 42 percent shooting from the field and 34 percent shooting from 3-point range.
He’s another one of these interesting big guard prospects that have the potential to have a bright future down the road in the right situation.
