4. Sacramento Kings
The Sacramento Kings have been a great story. They’re going to finish as the third seed in the Western Conference and make a return to the NBA Playoffs for the first time since the 2005-06 season. This is a team that many may not respect around the league but also one that seems to be playing its best basketball at the right time.
The Kings have the best offense in the NBA and I don’t think many know that. They’re one of the most entertaining teams to watch in the league. Even though they leave much to be desired on the defensive end of the floor, this is a team that is going to be a problem in the playoffs. At the same rate, I don’t think the Warriors would be all that considered in a possible seven-game series.
The Kings have had a great season and even if they lose in the first round of the playoffs, it’s hard to look at what they’ve already accomplished as a disappointment. The Warriors, on the other hand, I’m not so sure you can say the same thing about them.
