Best of the best

3. Phoenix Suns

The only Western Conference squad to make it onto the best of the best list is the Phoenix Suns. This team was already a good team, but their trade for Kevin Durant makes them the favorites out of the West. Durant has only played a couple of games with the team, so it will be interesting to see how the group meshes together in the postseason.

After all, it’s Kevin Durant, an offensive nightmare like himself will likely find his fit right away. With all the attention Durant is set to attract from the defense, expect Devin Booker to be the x-factor for this team.

2. Boston Celtics

Along with the Milwaukee Bucks, Boston headlines a very good Eastern Conference. Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown have really settled in with Boston as they look for back-to-back trips to the finals. Boston heads into the playoffs with a very similar roster to last year.

The addition of Malcolm Brogdon has been huge all season, so you can expect that to translate to the playoffs. This a tough and gritty team with a real opportunity to make it back to the NBA Finals.
