The Favorite

1. Milwaukee Bucks

Led by superstar (and probably the current best player in the NBA) Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Milwaukee Bucks have been nothing short of impressive this season. Even after a slow start to the year, it’s hard to argue that Milwaukee is the best team right now. As the season went on, it was clear to see how this team grew (and slowly began to blossom).

Milwaukee heads into the postseason playing their best ball with a scary deep roster – the Bucks are 25-4 since January 4, far and away the best record in the league. They are also a team that will be able to go 11-12 players deep if they need to. Giannis and company will be hungry to make more noise after having their playoff run cut short last season by Boston last season in the conference semifinals.

You can make a fair argument that this is the best Bucks roster in a long time, and they are the title favorites heading into the playoffs. There’s a very good chance that Giannis ends up winning his second NBA title.
