23. Portland Trial Blazers (via New York Knicks) – Jordan Hawkins, G, UCONN

For any team that is looking for an off-guard that can score with the best of them, Jordan Hawkins would make a lot of sense. And after the Blazers added the potential point guard that will lead them into the next era for the franchise, they could also look to add a shooting guard that could help support him.

Hawkins emerged as one of the most efficient scorers in college basketball this season and could still have room to grow in his game.

24. Sacramento Kings – Maxwell Lewis, F, Pepperdine

The Sacramento Kings made great strides this season but the hope is that this is just the start of a potential golden era for the franchise. And heading into the offseason, the team will be tasked with making marginal improvements to the roster. Part of that will entail making a smart decision with their first-round pick.

One prospect that would make sense for the Kings is Maxwell Lewis, a wing that translates as a 3-and-D contributor. Lewis may not have the high ceiling that some of the other prospects in this draft class possess, but he could make sense for a playoff team looking to add another possible rotation player right away.
