Which “other” free agents should be re-signed?

Aside from Khris Middleton, there are other questions regarding the team’s free agents that they also have to answer. For example, which other non-Middleton free agents is the team going to prioritize?

This is the list of Bucks players that will be free agents this summer: Brook Lopez, Khris Middleton, Jae Crowder, Joe Ingles, Wesley Matthews, Goran Dragic, and Thanasis Antetokounmpo. You’d have to imagine that as long as Giannis is on the team, so will Thanasis. Lopez almost has to be back considering how important he’s grown to being for the team on the defensive end of the floor. But even that’s a conversation that needs to be had considering he’s 35 years old.

Middleton is a question and there’s a chance that the Bucks let both Ingles and Matthews leave. Dragic and Crowder are likely definite to leave in free agency.

Even if the Bucks do elect to keep Middleton, there’s a strong chance that this roster will look very different by the time next season begins. Whether that’s a good or a bad thing remains to be seen.
