21. Brooklyn Nets (via Phoenix Suns) – Leonard Miller, F, G League

It’ll be interesting to see what the Brooklyn Nets end up looking like next season. They backed into the playoffs but aside from Mikal Bridges, truly struggled in their first-round series against the Philadelphia 76ers. However, with two first-round picks, the Nets will have the chance to reload their talent pool a bit.

With this first pick, they could take a shot on a raw talent such as Leonard Miller. He is certainly a developmental project but could end up paying dividends for the Nets if they truly invest in him.

22. Brooklyn Nets – Jalen Hood-Schifino, G, Indiana

With their second first-round pick, perhaps the Nets would want to take a chance on a player that seems more of an NBA-ready prospect. Perhaps taking a chance on a player that is more of an all-around prospect like Jalen Hood-Schifino is exactly how the Nets could offset pulling the trigger on such a young, raw prospect such as Miller.

JHS still needs to develop but offer a little something more for the Nets than Miller can right away.
