Can the Boston Celtics respond after a stunning performance from the Miami Heat in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals?

The Miami Heat continue to do what they have been doing the entire playoffs and that’s continuing to shock the world as they were able to steal Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals against the Boston Celtics, and more importantly, stole a game on the road in a hostile environment.

The Heat hope to join the 1999 New York Knicks as the only other team to advance all the way to the Finals as a No. 8 seeded team as they have the momentum as the hottest team in the postseason.

Jimmy Butler has been on another level as he continued his stellar play in Game 1 as he put up another impressive stat line scoring 35 points with five rebounds and seven assists. During the Heat’s current playoff run, Butler is 3rd in the NBA in points per game scoring 31.5, ranks 1st in steals, and is getting to the foul line with ease as he leads all players in free throws made and attempted.

Butler is also 8th in minutes per game and owns the 3rd best player efficiency rating only behind Devin Booker and Nikola Jokic. Meanwhile, Jayson Tatum and company will attempt to tie the series and try to avoid the poor play that plagued them down the stretch.

Let’s get to some huge keys to Game 2.
