The Golden State Warriors need to be measured and careful with their steps this offseason. 

Seeing their NBA Championship defense end in the Western Conference semifinals at the hands of the Los Angeles Lakers wasn’t an ideal ending to the season for the Golden State Warriors. But, if anything, this season was a wake-up call for a team that desperately needs a bit of a retooling.

And over the next few months, the Warriors will have every opportunity to accomplish that. The question is, will they make the right moves?

What will be the Golden State Warriors’ biggest priority heading into the offseason?

The Warriors will be a team to keep an eye on because we’re going to find out pretty quickly what their intentions are this summer. Or, in other words, what are this team’s biggest priorities heading into next season?

If they want to continue to remain in contention in the Western Conference, they must figure out how to effectively navigate through the rough waters over the next couple of months. But that won’t be easy with the potential decisions that Golden State is facing.
