Sidy Cissoko: Trade up to No. 32

The Memphis Grizzlies are in need of more depth on the wing. With Dillon Brooks leaving, and the small forward position being questionable for them in the playoffs, Sidy Cissoko looks like a Memphis pick.

Cissoko is someone who has extreme athleticism. With the G League Ignite this year he was able to showcase his combination of defense and slashing ability. He also has a decent feel for the game as well. With Cissoko being around 6-foot-7 with an almost 6-foot-10 wingspan, he’s got an ideal NBA frame.

The only question mark really in his game is his shooting prowess. He shot 30% in the G League regular season, but he’s got pretty smooth form. His jump shot being good at the NBA level is something I’m willing to bet on.

The Grizzlies are still thin on the wings, and Sidy’s combo of defense and athleticism could earn him some minutes this year. He’s still a bit raw but he seems like a Memphis guy to me. The Grizzlies should be able to get him by trading their 45th pick this year, and a second in 2025.
