13. Bilal Coulibaly, Wing, 92 Metropolitans

Bilal Coulibaly is a tall, long forward who projects to be a strong perimeter defender. He’s also a very good finisher who was extremely efficient as an 18-year-old playing professional basketball. His swing skills which will determine just how good he can be, are three-point shooting and playmaking.

He has shown flashes in these areas, and there are statistical indicators that he may improve as a shooter and passer in the NBA. However, it’s hard to imagine him being a great player without improving in at least one of these areas,

14. Cam Whitmore, Wing, Villanova

Cam Whitmore is a big wing with a huge frame and incredible athleticism who excels as a rim finisher and perimeter defender. He is a really strong driver who utilizes his strength to create advantages as an interior scorer, and he utilizes his vertical athleticism to play above the rim.

I have major concerns about his passing and three-point shooting. His production as a passer was very poor at Villanova, and his shooting numbers have been just ok going back to his days playing in the EYBL. If he continues to struggle in these areas, I find it hard to believe he will be worth a top-five selection, which is where he may end up on draft night. Hopefully, I’m wrong, but I think there are significant issues in Whitmore’s game
