13. Jordan Clarkson (unrestricted)

As the Utah Jazz head into year 2 of their rebuild, it would be extremely shocking if they decided to extend Jordan Clarkson in free agency. Coming off one of the better seasons of his career, this could be the moment for Clarkson to not only get another big payday but to also find his way to a potential contender. The free-agent market for Clarkson should prove to be interesting this summer.

This past season with the Jazz, Clarkson averaged 21 points, four rebounds, and four assists per game on 44 percent shooting from the field. On the surface, he appears to be a strong candidate for any team that is looking for added scoring off the bench or either as a starter. One team that could look to make a move for the Lakers is Clarkson.

However, acquiring Clarkson could be a lot more difficult than it seems for the Lakers. A sign and trade would have to be in the cards between the two teams and Clarkson would likely have to be open to a shorter-term deal. There’s no guarantee that he would, depending on what other offers he may have on the table.

That said, Clarkson to the Lakers feels like it could work and would be a good fit.

Prediction: Los Angeles Lakers
