10. Josh Hart (unrestricted)

The New York Knicks are expected to be on the hunt for an additional star player this offseason but they have some housekeeping to do before they go whale hunting. And the most important of which includes re-signing Josh Hart. When the Knicks acquired Hart before the NBA Trade Deadline, he completely changed the feel of the team. The Knicks went from being a good Eastern Conference team to a dangerously good Eastern Conference team heading into the playoffs.

And we saw just how dangerous they could be when they knocked off the Cleveland Cavaliers in the first round of the playoffs and took the Miami Heat to six games. If one thing became abundantly clear for the Knicks over the past few months of the season, it was the fact that they need to re-sign Hart.

It won’t be cheap but it’s hard to envision this offseason not ending with Hart back on the Knicks for an encore performance heading into next season. This is a deal that should probably come to fruition pretty quickly too.

Prediction: New York Knicks
