5 Players the Los Angeles Lakers could target with their final roster spot
TJ Warren
During the NBA bubble back in 2020, there were few players in the NBA as hot as TJ Warren. He rubberstamped some of the best basketball of his career with a 53-point performance against the Philadelphia 76ers before the start of the playoffs.
Since then, though, injuries have plagued Warren’s career. After 703 days without playing in a game, Warren finally made his long-awaited return to the NBA at the end of 2022. It was a long road back for the combo forward.
Even though he’s not the player he once was, he’s still capable of scoring in bunches, stretching the floor, and defending numerous positions, Warren would give the Lakers another excellent wing option which might allow LeBron James to take his foot off the gas a little every so often and have his body ready for the potential playoff run.
