Four NBA teams that are heading into a pressured-filled season in 2023-24. 

There are four NBA teams that are on the hot seat this upcoming season or else significant changes could be coming sooner rather than later.

As the NBA season approaches, we begin to discuss different teams and which ones have a chance to make a run at the NBA Finals and potentially win it all. However, there are some teams who have had certain expectations to be real contenders. I will go through each of these teams and explain why major moves could be on the horizon.

4 NBA teams that have a lot on the line in 2023-24

Philadelphia 76ers

Reigning MVP Joel Embiid has yet to make conference finals thus far in his NBA career. He has had a revolving door of star players on and go from Philadelphia such as Jimmy Butler, Ben Simmons, and now James Harden who has already made it clear that he wants out as soon as possible.

This has put Joel Embiid in a very complicated situation as he continues to try to win at the highest level. If there is not an improvement with the team for this coming season, Embiid could ask out and try to win somewhere else. He and the fans have a great relationship so this is something to monitor as the season progresses.
