4. Joel Embiid: The Dominant Force

As a dominant force in the paint, Joel Embiid has established himself as one of the league’s premier scorers. The Philadelphia 76ers’ center possesses a unique combination of size, strength, and finesse, making him virtually unstoppable in the low post. Embiid’s ability to score from all areas of the court, including the three-point line, adds another dimension to his offensive game.

Embiid has already claimed back-to-back scoring titles, and he is hungry for a third. Last season, he averaged an impressive 30.1 points per game, showcasing his ability to take over games. With his exceptional footwork and ability to draw fouls, Embiid will undoubtedly be a strong contender for the scoring title once again.

His scoring performance was, unfortunately, overshadowed by his playoff series loss to the Celtics in the second round of last season’s playoffs. It was also overshadowed by his largely controversial MVP honor, with many believing it belonged to Nikola Jokic. Still, this doesn’t disapprove of the fact that he is still a premier scorer. His best game came against the Utah Jazz last season, where he almost achieved a quadruple-double with 59 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists, and seven blocks! The Cameroonian giant is amazing.
