Bold predictions for the 2023-24 NBA season
Jordan Poole will have a huge bounce-back season
Jordan Poole had a disappointing close to last season and it at least partly resulted in the Golden State Warriors trading him this offseason. While he may not have been a good fit in Golden State, the fact hasn’t changed that he’s still one of the most offensively talented young players in the NBA. A fresh start and a change of scenery may be exactly what Poole needs at this point in his career.
In fact, I predict that Poole is going to have a big bounce-back season with the Wizards this season. He’s going to look like an All-Star-caliber guard once again and will have the best season of his career to date.
The big question is whether Poole is going to be considered a possible next face of the franchise for the Wizards. I’m not so sure what the answer to that question is right now, but Poole will make it at least a conversation.
