2. Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics)

It can no longer be said that Jayson Tatum is an up-and-coming superstar

He is a superstar!

Having balled out since he entered the league, Tatum is not here to take part, he is here to take over!

Throughout his young career, Tatum has shown consistent improvement in various aspects of his game.

If he continues on this trajectory, maintaining or even surpassing his performance levels, it will be a significant factor in the MVP race.

His consistency in delivering high-level performances could position him as a leading candidate.

With the addition of Kristaps Porzingis and Jrue Holiday, The Boston Celtics have added more weapons to an already loaded Arsenal.

With Tatum being the head and shoulders leader of the team, the Boston Celtic’s chances of winning the East and potentially winning a championship rest on his shoulders.

While Jayson Tatum is undoubtedly a  superstar and possesses many qualities that could make him an MVP candidate, the competition for the MVP award is intense. As the NBA season progresses, it will be crucial for Tatum to maintain his high level of play, lead the Celtics to success, and outshine other strong contenders to solidify his case for the prestigious MVP honor.
