25. Utah Jazz

It hasn’t been as good of a start for the Utah Jazz this season compared to last year. The Jazz is 2-5, but I also don’t think it’s all that surprising. The Jazz is a rebuilding team and one that is not ready to make the jump to playoff contention just yet. Lauri Markkanen continues to prove that last year was not an aberration and John Collins has played fairly well as he looks to turn the page in his career.

It’s the supporting cast around those two players that still need to sell their value to the franchise. Especially considering this is year two of what many will expect to be a long rebuild. That means tough decisions will have to be made, and perhaps soon.

At a certain point this season, the Jazz will need to make a big decision about their future. Will they enter the NBA Trade season as a seller? Will they be buyers? What line will be drawn when it comes to players they’re willing to part ways with? Utah is certainly a team to keep an eye on for several reasons over the next couple of months.
